該船采用了 “MAN Cryo&亞達(dá)”提供的FGSS,系統(tǒng)中搭載有LNG高低壓供氣系統(tǒng)、水乙二醇換熱器系統(tǒng)、加注儲運(yùn)及互駁系統(tǒng)、DCS控制系統(tǒng)等。同時(shí)還配置了再冷凝系統(tǒng),在滿足主機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)、鍋爐供氣的情況下,充分利用了LNG的冷能,可以更好的控制罐壓。
The vessel is equipped with an advanced FGSS provided by “MAN Cryo & YADA” .The FGSS incorporates an LNG high and low pressure gas supply system, a water-glycol heat exchanger system, bunkering, storage, transfer and cross-feeding systems, as well as a Distributed Control System (DCS). Additionally, the vessel includes a recondensation system that not only provides gas supply for the main engine, generators, and boilers but also harnesses the cold energy of LNG to effectively optimize tank pressure management.
“MAN Cryo&亞達(dá)”的FGSS系統(tǒng)模塊在亞達(dá)車間建造階段已經(jīng)完成了設(shè)備閥門儀表的功能與通訊模擬測試等相關(guān)工作,為試航凱旋夯實(shí)了建造基礎(chǔ)。
The FGSS system module of MAN Cryo&YADA has completed the functional and communication simulation testing of equipment valves and instruments during the construction phase at Yada workshop which have layed a solid foundation for the successful sea trial.
試航期間,“MAN Cryo&亞達(dá)”的FGSS系統(tǒng)完成了主機(jī)不同負(fù)荷情況下的油氣模式轉(zhuǎn)換、燃?xì)饽J街鳈C(jī)耐航、燃?xì)饽J街鳈C(jī)緊急倒車、無人機(jī)艙等試驗(yàn)。同時(shí),再冷凝系統(tǒng)在罐內(nèi)LNG液位低,溫度偏高、不同的主機(jī)負(fù)荷情況下,仍滿足10%以上的再冷凝率,BOG處理效果顯著,該船還配備了國產(chǎn)電池系統(tǒng)和永磁抱軸式軸帶發(fā)電機(jī),進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)航運(yùn)的同時(shí),提升了環(huán)保效率。
During the sea trial, the FGSS system of “MAN Cryo & YADA” completed the oil and gas mode conversion of the main engine under different loads, the searing of the gas mode main engine, the emergency reversing of the gas mode main engine, and the UAV cabin. At the same time, the recondensation system still achieves a recondensation rate of over 10% under low LNG liquid level, high temperature, and different engine loads in the tank. The BOG treatment effect is significant. The ship is also equipped with a domestically produced battery system and a permanent magnet shaft mounted generator, further achieving economic shipping while improving environmental efficiency.

期間,亞達(dá)團(tuán)隊(duì)和船廠、船東等各相關(guān)方共同協(xié)作在LNG加注后,低壓供氣模式即刻啟用,穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,為燃?xì)庥脩舸a頭階段試驗(yàn)提供了保障。并且高壓供氣系統(tǒng)調(diào)試及運(yùn)行平順,為出航提供了先決條件。氣體試航期間LNG高低壓燃?xì)夤庀到y(tǒng)在極端測試條件下均平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。
與此同時(shí),亞達(dá)系統(tǒng)和MAN Cryo共同合作的雙燃料系統(tǒng),為比亞迪7000CEU PCTC、Xpress Feeders的1250箱系列箱船、Elbdeich Reederei的1250箱系列箱船、LDA的風(fēng)帆船等已經(jīng)先后陸續(xù)開始上船調(diào)試。
